Sherlocked: Dark Stories ("the App") is developed and operated by Hasan Anıl Karacan. This Privacy Policy explains how user data is handled.

1. Data Collection

The App does not collect, store, or process any personal data.

• No account registration is required.
• No name, email, or contact information is collected.
• No analytics or tracking tools are integrated.
• No advertising SDKs are used.

2. Local Data Storage

User progress, solved stories, unlocked content, and premium status are stored locally on the device using Apple's CoreData framework.

• This data remains on the user's device.
• The developer does not have access to this data.
• Deleting the app may permanently remove this data.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers a one-time premium unlock purchase.

• All payments are processed securely by Apple via the user’s Apple ID.
• No billing or payment information is accessible to the developer.
• Refund requests must be handled directly through Apple.

4. Firebase Usage

Firebase is used only as a content delivery source for story data. No personal data or identifiable information is transmitted or stored.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children or adults.

6. Changes to This Policy

If the App’s data practices change in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
